Please read these terms carefully before making a booking
These Terms and Conditions govern the contract between Easy Go Boat Trip (operated by Aeron Hysaj, NUIS: M31907014D, Sarandë, Albania) and any customer who makes a booking for our speedboat tour services. By completing a booking — whether via our website, WhatsApp, email or phone — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

Customer: Any individual or group that books a tour with Easy Go Boat Trip.
Easy Go Boat Trip offers the following speedboat tour experiences departing from Sarandë, Albania:
All tours depart from Sarandë Center or Palasë Hotel as confirmed at the time of booking. The itinerary is subject to weather and sea conditions at the captain's discretion.
A booking is considered confirmed when:
Easy Go Boat Trip reserves the right to decline a booking at its sole discretion, in which case any payment received will be refunded in full.
For Group Tours, a minimum of 10 passengers is required for departure. If this minimum is not reached, we will notify you at least 24 hours before departure and offer a full refund or rebooking.
Current prices for all tours are displayed on our Tours page and within the online booking system at the time of booking. Prices may vary by season and demand. The price shown at the moment you complete your booking is the price that applies to your reservation.
All prices are in Euros (€) and include the boat, captain, fuel and life jackets. Not included: food, drinks, personal expenses.
Card payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. The charge will appear on your card statement as "EASYGO BOAT TRIP" or a similar descriptor. For any inquiries regarding card payments, charges, or chargebacks, please contact us at info@easygoboattrip.com.
For Private Tours and Private Private Sunset Tours, a deposit of 30% of the total price is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is due no later than the day of the tour.
Group Tour bookings may be confirmed without a deposit, subject to availability.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp. Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to:
In any such case, customers will be offered: (a) a full refund, or (b) rebooking to an alternative date at no extra charge. Easy Go Boat Trip will not be liable for any additional costs incurred (travel, accommodation, etc.).
⚠️ Weather Policy: The final decision on whether a tour departs rests with the captain. Safety is our absolute priority. If a tour is cut short due to sudden weather changes after departure, a proportional partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
All passengers must:
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult and must wear a child-sized life jacket (available on request).
Easy Go Boat Trip reserves the right to refuse boarding to any passenger who appears intoxicated, poses a safety risk, or fails to comply with safety instructions — without any refund obligation.
Easy Go Boat Trip carries mandatory boat insurance as required by Albanian maritime law. Our liability is limited as follows:
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence.
We strongly recommend that all passengers obtain travel insurance covering water activities before their trip.
Our crew may take photos and videos during tours for promotional purposes (website, social media). By booking, you consent to being photographed or filmed. If you do not wish to appear in promotional material, please inform the captain before the tour begins.
Passengers are welcome to take personal photographs and videos for private use.
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards the crew, other passengers, and the natural environment. Littering in the sea is strictly prohibited. Easy Go Boat Trip may terminate a tour and require disembarkation of any passenger whose behaviour is deemed dangerous, offensive or disruptive, without refund.
We operate within designated marine areas and follow Albanian environmental regulations. Passengers must not collect marine life, damage corals, or disturb wildlife. Swimming is permitted only in designated areas as directed by the captain.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sarandë, Albania.

Easy Go Boat Trip reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your booking confirmation will apply to your tour. The latest version is always available at easygoboattrip.com/terms/.
